“As soon as I visited the Cottages At Willett Brook, I knew I had found my new home! While I was anxious about engaging a long-distance building process, my concerns were quickly resolved by the staff at Main Eco Homes. Everyone involved in the project saw to it that I received regular updates and photos during the building process. I was able to add personal touches that made it possible for me to feel like I was moving in to my new home, rather than just a new house. I love it here, I love this community, and I could not be happier with the decision to return to the northeast and become a member of the Willett Brook community.”

“I have been visiting Bridgton for 15 years and decided this would be a perfect place to have a second home. The problem is I didn’t want the hassles of maintaining a home and then I discovered The Cottages at Willett Brook. It is perfect for me because I was able to customize it to exactly what I wanted and it is virtually maintenance free. The whole experience working with Justin McIver and his amazing team at MEH was wonderful. They exhibited the highest level of integrity, reliability and responsiveness during the construction and after. Now that I have moved in, the Property Service Division have helped me transform my house to a home. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and ability to do anything needed.
I am absolutely thrilled to be a resident of The Cottages at Willett Brook and look forward to taking advantage of everything it has to offer.”

“We’re a household of three, my husband, my mother, and me. We moved to the Cottages because we were done taking care of snow removal and yard work. Finding an affordable retirement community in Maine is not easy, and we were delighted when I came across the Cottages on an online search. It’s been just over a year since we first contacted Justin. We moved in at the beginning of April, 2018 and I can say that living here is like being on vacation. The neighbors are great and pleased to meet each other. Perhaps this is because most of us are from somewhere else. We’re building a community together.”

Everything in the home is so nice and every detail beautifully done. I am looking forward to calling this home for a long time to come. A special thank you for making this transition to The Cottages At Willett Brook a smooth one in such a tight time frame. Thank you Main Eco Homes for going above and beyond.”

“We have lived at Willett Brook for more then a year now. Being residents here at the Cottages has been wonderful experience for us. We love being apart of this community and the neighbors we have. Being so close to the areas and the activities we enjoy, made our move here better then would could of asked for. From the home we love so much, to the Clubhouse amenities and the proximity, to enjoying all our outdoor activities here in Bridgton. We love being close to New Hampshire and the White Mountains. The surrounding lakes and local events make living here a great place to be. We would like to thank Justin so very much for all he and his team at MEH for making our move such an easy decision. We are so very grateful.”

“Transitioning to The Cottages At Willett Brook was a pleasant and relatively seamless experience. The construction of my house on A Street is flawless and the vaulted ceiling gives its smaller square footage a spacious feel. The clubhouse lends a sense of casual luxuriousness, great for family or other gatherings. The groundskeeping crews go above and beyond what you will likely find with any other comparable home owner association. The best part about Willett Brook, however, is the people who live here — respectful, mature and friendly, they contribute to this peaceful and safe place to call home.”
